Language Dubbing
Full lip-sync and voice-over dubbing, from script adaptation and voice casting through to the final mixed language track.
Dubbing replaces the original dialogue of a film, series or programme with a performance in another language. Done well, the audience stops noticing it entirely — the words fit the mouth, the performance matches the emotion on screen, and the new track sits in the mix as though it were always there.
Our dubbing work runs end to end. A translated script is adapted for timing and lip movement rather than translated literally, voices are cast against the original performances, actors are directed in the booth, and the recorded takes are edited, synced and mixed back against the original music and effects stems.
